Unless you’ve been hibernating lately, you’ve probably heard a little bit about the ongoing AIG debacle. The most recent uproar-causing news was that AIG was going forward with handing out bonuses to its executives. We aren’t talking about kibbles and bits either - they handed out $165 million!

Of course this is after the White House gave the insurance giant billions in taxpayer dollars. AIG claimed they would have been in breach of contract if they hadn’t paid out the money, but I think they forfeited that right to decide when they started playing with other people’s money.

What interests me the most is from a public relations standpoint....
